Is issuing an RFP/Q for a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) and an Environmental Report (ER) according to USDA, Rural Development, guidelines. 
The New Brantley County Courthouse will house 45-50 employees and Judicial staff in an approximately 15,000 to 16,000 square foot building.  Click the link below for the paperwork, or a paper copy is available at the address below.

Question:
Since the County already owns the property, have they consulted with USDA concerning the requirement for “Environmental Due Diligence”? Specifically, is USDA requiring an ASTM E1527-21 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment or Environmental Transaction Screening in accordance with ASTM E1528-14?

Answer: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
1). Required for loans equal or greater than $100,000.00.
2). Completed Phase I documents expire after 180 days.
3). USDA to receive Phase I documents prior to the 180-day expiration period.

The Brantley County Parks and Recreation Department is accepting bids for a 30’ x 23’ picnic pavilion Structure. A specification list is available by contacting the Brantley County Recreation Department at recdept@brantleycounty-ga.gov or call 912-462-5128. All Sealed Bids must be labeled and submitted to the Brantley County Commissioners Office located at 33 Allen Road. Nahunta, GA 31553, no later than May 27th, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
